ACCESSING YOUR ACCOUNT ONLINE - Existing Customers

If you have purchased an item through one of our branches or online previously then an account will have already been set up on our system. To activate this account so you can access it online please follow the steps below.
 

Step One : Click on the "Sign In Icon" and a login screen will appear.





Step Two : Ensure you are on the "Sign In" Tab for Returning Customers and enter the email address already used with your existing account in the space provided. 




Step Three : Check the email address is correct and then click on "Forgot Password"

 



Step Four : Click the "Send Reset Link" button





Step Five : Check your email inbox for the below email and click "Reset My Password"





Step Six : You will be taken to a new webpage asking you to Reset Your Password. Change your password and click the "Reset Password" button.





Step Seven : You will be taken back to the home screen where you should see the "Sign In" Icon has now changed to "My Account". You are successfully logged in. 



In future all you need to do is follow steps one and two and then enter your password to go straight through to your account. Please note that this method for acceessing your online account will only work if we already have your email address on file and it is linked to your existing account. If this isn't the case then please follow the below link so we can rectify this for you.

ORDERING PARTS FROM OUR PARTS LISTS

With over 1500 Parts Lists on our website, choosing the part you need for the machinery you have couldn't be easier. Just follow the steps below and you will soon have your equipment back up and running.

Step One : Find Your Parts List - Two possible ways to do this
 

  • Option One : You can find the machine you have on the website by using the search function or navigating the menus. If there is a parts list available for this machine it will be listed as shown below. 



 

  • Click the link on the product to be taken directly to the parts lists.


 
  • Option Two : Click the spare parts tab at the top of the web page.


 
  • Navigate the menu and find the product you would like to view the parts list for and click the the Image.


 
  • If there is only one variation available you will be taken directly to the parts list, if there is more than one variation it will be based on the products serial number. Click on the one you need to be taken to the parts list.



Step Two : Find Your Part On The Diagram
 
  • Once you have found your part on the diagram, you can check stock availability, price and enter the quantity you are after in the box provided.


 
Step Three : Add to your Basket and Checkout

 

  • When you have chosen the quantities of the parts you require, click add all to basket and you will be given the option to checkout. Follow this process and the prompts to the end of the checkout to order your parts and have the order sent through to us. If you would like to order more parts then click continue shopping and repeat the process.



Step Four : Wait for your parts to arrive!

We understand that it's not always easy to identify the exact spare parts that you need, so if you need a bit of guidance then try our Part Finder. 


Simply send a photograph of the part that you need and a little information using the form on the page, and our spare parts experts will contact you to provide details of the part you're searching for. In most cases we're able to repsond to your enquiry on the same working day.
