Build Material Diamond Blades are cutting tools that can be used for a range of different materials predominately found on a building site. This includes concrete, building blocks, bricks, roof tiles, abrasive concrete and many others. Most popular for use on Disc Cutters and Masonry Saws, the Build Material range of blades are slightly more specialised than the Multi-Purpose blades which helps to prolong the life and durability if used only for the materials specified for use with the blade.

This range also contains cutting tools which can be used on specialist materials such as ceramics, glass, marble, granite and others which require a continuous rim rather than segments whilst cutting.

BLADE SIZES • 12"/300mm • 14"/350mm • 16"/400mm • 18"/450mm

Concrete Diamond Blades

Concrete Diamond Blades are cutting tools specifically used for cutting different types of concrete. This can include standard concrete, reinforced concrete, green concrete, concrete blocks and abrasive concrete. If concrete is all you are looking to use your blade for then the concrete range of diamond blades are the perfect choice. Using a blade for one specific purpose ensures that you get the most out of the blade and it prolongs its life due to the blade wearing less quickly.  Most popular for use in Masonry Saws and Floor Saws where one material is likely to be cut time and time again.

BLADE SIZES • 12"/300mm • 14"/350mm • 16"/400mm • 18"/450mm • 20"/500mm

ADVANTAGES  • Specific material use • Less wear and strain on blade when cutting one material type • Longer life overall of blade

Asphalt Diamond Blades

Asphalt Diamond Blades are cutting tools specifically used for cutting just Asphalt. With this material being so abrasive, these blades are developed and designed to be hard wearing and cope with the demands of intensive use, giving them a longer overall life compared to Multi-Purpose blades being used to cut Asphalt.. Asphalt blades will wear quickly if used in other materials which is why it is recomended to only use this type of blade for its intended purpose. Most popular for use in Floor Saws where long and deep cuts are usually made in Asphalt by utility companies.

BLADE SIZES • 12"/300mm • 14"/350mm • 16"/400mm • 18"/450mm
