Next Day Delivery

We aim to deliver the next working day (Monday – Friday) for all orders placed online before 2.00 pm (subject to stock availability and geographical location). Deliveries to Scottish Highlands and Grampian region may take longer (2-3 days approx).

Orders placed after 2.00pm will be despatched the following working day. Orders placed over the weekend will be delivered to you on Tuesday (except on Bank Holidays).


Highlands & Islands

Highlands & Islands will inccour extra delivery charges, Prices quoted are the minimum charge for delivery. Once an order has been placed, you will be contacted by our web team with an accurate delivery charge.

Northern Ireland

Unfortunately at present, we are unable to deliver to Northern Ireland.


If you receive goods that you are not entirely satisfied with and wish to return them, please Contact Us immediately in writing, providing us with your order reference number and product details. If you want to discuss returns, please telephone us on 0333 200 4336.

To return unwanted goods in exchange for a refund will be arranged for collection by us using our third party courier. Products must be returned in its original condition and packaging.

On inspection of the returned goods, we'll notify you of your refund via e-mail within a reasonable period of time. We aim to process refunds as soon as possible, within 30 days of you informing us of your refund in writing. Refunds are usually given using the same payment method that was used by the customer to purchase the product.

Seddons will not be responsible for the cost of returning goods to us that are NOT due to a defect of the product, (such as, but not limited to; unwanted goods). The cost of returning goods that are not defective and are unwanted will be incurred by the customer and deducted from the refund amount.
