Buying STIHL Products Online

As an Authorised STIHL Dealer we operate in full accordance with the guidelines set out by STIHL and therefore we are not permitted to ship STIHL chainsaws out using a 3rd party courrier. Instead, you can buy your chainsaw online and collect in-store where we will prepare your machine ready to hand-over to you.

As soon as you place your order with us online, we will carry out a full Pre Delivery Inspection (PDI) according to the manufacturers guidelines, this means that our service technicians will BUILD, TEST and RUN your machine to make it ready for when you come to collect from us. 

As part of our Hand-over service, we want to ensure that you're aware and comfortable on how to use the product correctly and safely and answer any questions you may have. PDI can take up to 2 hours, so we would advise that you check with our branch before arriving to collect your order to avoid disappointment.
 

Other STIHL machines, spare parts and accessories can be shipped and are normally despatched on a next day delivery service.
