Seddon (P&E) is investing in a full office refurbishment to enhance the working environment, modernise infrastructure and improve sustainability.
Seddon (P&E), leading distributor of small plant machinery, groundskeeping equipment and construction tools, is pleased to announce a substantial investment in a complete office refurbishment. The initiative aims to transform the company's work environment, providing a modern and sustainable space for employees while aligning with Seddon (P&E)'s commitment to environmental responsibility.
Scheduled to start on the 3rd of July 2023 and estimated to last for eight weeks, the office refurbishments will incorporate several significant upgrades. The existing gas central heating system will be removed and replaced by a more sustainable and energy-efficient system with a rating of A++. This change aligns with the company's long-term vision to reduce its carbon footprint and transition towards greener alternatives.
Moreover, the refurbishment project will introduce various improvements to enhance the overall office atmosphere. These enhancements include the installation of a modern, efficient LED lighting system, which will be energy saving with the introduction of motion detectors and will also improve lighting quality. In addition, new double glazing will be implemented to enhance thermal insulation, optimizing energy consumption and reducing environmental impact.
