Awards and Accreditations

We're extremely dedicated and proud of the innovative nature of our company accreditations and environmental awards for pollution prevention solutions. Here, we have listed a few of our accreditations;

Speedy Environmental Company of the Year

Seddons Plant & Engineers Ltd was declared winner of the Environmental Company Award for 2015 by Speedy PLC. All of Speedy's suppliers were invited to enter the Speedy Expo Awards and we came out on top in the Environmental Company category.

The Environmental Company accolade recognised the organisation which has implemented significant environmental impact reduction measures and we won the accolade based on the introduction of some of the most innovative pollution prevention and spill clean-up products available in the UK today.

ISO 9001: 2015 Certification

ISO 9001 is the internationally recognised standard for quality management systems.

We have developed and implemented this quality management system at our Head Office Parts Department to demonstrate our ability to consistently provide products that meet customer and regulatory requirements and to address customer satisfaction through the practical application of the system, including continual improvement.

Green Apple Environmental Award

We won the Gold Level Green Apple Environmental Award for Best Practice for the introduction of the EnviroPad. We scooped the highest accolade in the 'Pollution Prevention' category and successfully competed against more than 500 other nominations in the Green Apple Environmental Awards for Best Practice which were presented at the House of Commons in London.

The Green Apple Awards have become established as the country's major recognition programme for environmental endeavour amongst companies, councils, communities and countries, having previously been won by leading organisations such as Heathrow Airport, Kier Construction, Laing O'Rourke and ASDA.

Green Hero Environmental Innovation Award

We won the Environmental Innovation Award at the North West Green Hero Awards for the EnviroPad. The Environmental Innovation Award is the most fiercely contested category in the UK's most prestigious regional celebration of environmental business excellence. The awards are entered by organisations across Cheshire, Cumbria, Greater Manchester, Lancashire and Merseyside.
