Coronavirus Update

July 27th 2020

As a consequence of the Coronavirus Pandemic and its effects on the economy, we have made the difficult decision to close our depots in Stoke-on-Trent, Nottingham and Airdrie with immediate effect.

For many years the branch’s customer base has been serviced by our experienced and knowledgeable staff, with goods being dispatched directly from our central warehouse in Bolton. Our plans remain in continuing to invest heavily in this operation, ensuring a highly efficient operation for stock availability and ensuring our customers delivery expectations are met.

Our experienced and knowledgeable sales team will continue to manage our relationship with you, providing excellent industry knowledge and experience and quality of products from our market leading brand partners.

Our depot contact details remain unchanged;

Sales & General Enquiries:
Fenton - 01782 593444 / fenton@seddonplant.co.uk
Nottingham - 0115 9272274 / nottingham@seddonplant.co.uk
Airdrie - 01236 770077 / airdrie@seddonplant.co.uk

We would like to thank our customers for their custom and look forward to continuing to support their business needs.

Yours faithfully,
Stephen C Brown
Operations Director

We've installed ORDER COLLECTION POINTS at our Bolton, Normanton and Birmingham branches. This means that you can continue to place your orders online or by telephone and arrange a time slot with the branch to have them collected or delivered by courier service.

Our Collection Points offer Safe Contactless pick up at branch and showrooms remain closed to protect customers and employees. Only pre-paid and account customer orders can be collected and unfortunately, we're unable to take orders at the door.

Telephone calls and emails to all of our branches are being received and we continue to process orders and handle enquiries. Orders that are placed with branches that don't currently offer a collection point will be shipped by third part delivery service.

Our priority is the health and wellbeing of our colleagues, customers and local communities, and we’re committed to supporting you and your businesses.

It’s a rapidly changing situation and we’ll continue to keep you informed of any changes to our business operation. Our latest information can be found on this page, please keep revisiting.

Stay safe, everyone

Steve Brown

Operations Director
